I have been around real estate professionals my entire life so coming into this business felt like second nature to me. I became a Realtor with Rose and Womble Realty right after college (in 2005) where I received a Business Management Degree at Radford University. In 2022 I joined eXp Realty, the fastest growing real estate company, and also international! No matter where you are moving to I have the resources to find you an excellent Realtor! I can get you there with the least amount of hassle to you.
My father, David Whitley, is a Class A Builder in our area, working with him has taught me a great deal about many other facets of the real estate business. He owns Resource Building Corporation (RBC Homes) which is a very reputable and established building company in our area. This connection I have with RBC Homes has proven to be very beneficial to me and my clients many times. I have wonderful support from my family and a trustworthy base to get valuable advice. I also own my own investment properties and assist many family members and friends with their investments as well.
Being in this business since 2005 I have developed many connections. I know great painters, electricians, heating and air guys, kitchen remodelers, you name it, I know someone…and if I don’t, I will find you someone! I also give back to our local community by volunteering with the Va Beach Rescue Squad. Volunteering with our local Rescue Squad has given me great patience, insight, knowledge, and if something happens to someone around me, I know what to do. That is the biggest reason I got into Real Estate, I enjoy helping people and strive to make peoples lives better. The best part of my job is seeing my clients happy at the end of a transaction and when they refer me to their family and friends that is the biggest compliment I can receive. I am very proud to say that the majority of my business comes from past clients and their referrals.
Although I work mainly in the Virginia Beach area, I gladly take on business all around Hampton Roads. I am dedicated to providing superior services and try to go above and beyond for my clients. I aim to please and I look forward to having the opportunity to show you what I can do.
